Overall great Hill statioon to spend 2 days holiday in resort
Club Mahindra Mount Serene is on the top of the hill , weather and scenere from top is awesome
Bit outside Munnar and too many steep road curves , be careful if you are driving on your own.

Needs lot of improvement to make it a five star resort.
the hotel room was of high standard but reaching the resort was a real problem.We were held up for 3 hours and it was getting dark and foggy.We had a sigh of relief when we reached the resort safely.Luckily our driver was quite good. View from room breathtaking.
There is road works everywhere and long delays up to 3 hours en route from munnar.. The road in the compound also was in need of repair.No wifi in room and to get password for wifi in reception area we had to ask several people. Food very expensive and no chance of getting anything outside the hotel. In spite of the road situation the hotel charged hefty amount for stay and food.Could have at least added free breakfast.
